MEMORIAL

The memorial honors the fact that the lives of Aaron, Anthony and Randall mattered in 1856 and today. It serves as an acknowledgement of racial injustice in our community, state, and nation.

The memorial marker is part of a growing network of community markers across the nation inspired and supported by the Equal Justice Initiative which operates a museum and memorial site in Montgomery, Alabama.
